If you bid/request to buy and adoptable, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.

◤W H A T    I S   A N    A D O P T A B L E ?◥

Adoptables are designs you can buy, trade or gift. You can use the design as your own character and create a story for him, name him or commission artwork. You can use it as long as you don't claim the design as yours.

◤P A Y M E N T◥

• After you claimed the adopt I will note you with my e-mail for paypal or tell you were to pay if I offered the adopt for .
• Payment must be paid in 24hours after I sent the note or I will sell the adopt to someone else.
• 1$ USD = 100 .
• AFTER I received the payment the character is yours. NOT before.
• After the adoptable is paid you will receive the unwatermarked version/ bigger size of the character.
• Please state your DA username in paypal message.
• Please read this if you're new to using Paypal or if you have questions. [you can note me if it doesn't answer your question].

◤R U L E S◥

✓ You can name your character, change the clothes or gender and create a story and personality.
✓ You can 'slightly' alter the design. [only with MY PERMISSION]
✓ You can use your character for rp, as a mascot or avatar, signature or other stories.
✓ You can resell, trade or gift your character. [Please read the resell/trade rules below.]
✓ You can use the character for personal products, BUT you may not sell my design.

   Means: You DON'T have to pay me for creating personal products [as long as you're not selling/ making profit], but please credit the design as mine.
   [ ex. for personal products: phonecases or keychains]


X You can't claim the design or original art as yours.
X You can't claim a refund. IF you don't want the design anymore you can resell. [Please read the resell rules below.]
X You can't resell on any other page without my WRITTEN permission.
X You can't resell raffle adopts.
X You can't change the palette unless you ask me and I give you my permission.
X You can't make NFT or use my art to make AI art.

•  You can resell the character for the price you bought or less. 
PLEASE don't sell for more money unless you commissioned art then you can charge the adopt price + CM price.
[PERSONAL AND REQUEST ART DOESN'T COUNT.]

• If you resell/gift/trade please note me and tell the name of the new owner!
• PLEASE make sure to tell the new owner to credit me. Or inform them I did the design.

• People I don't trust which didn't pay or wasn't respectful, will be put on a BLACKLIST.
• I have the right to refuse selling adoptables to them or interact.

• If I change my mind and want to keep the adopt or gift it to someone and it isn't paid yet, the auction didn't end or nobody wanted to buy it yet, I've got the right to keep the adopt. 

You CAN reserve an adopt for max 24 h. (you can ask for more days if you AutoBuy an auction)
